After the training, the student:
- knows factors that increase risks in traffic;
- understands the advantages of an environmentally friendly, safe, and considerate driving style;
- knows factors affecting grip between the road and tires;
- recognizes personal weaknesses affecting traffic behavior and can adjust behavior accordingly;
- is motivated to drive in an environmentally friendly, safe, and considerate manner.
2.1.2 Practical Training for Avoiding Risks in Slippery Road Conditions
After the training, the student:
- knows how much time and space it takes for a vehicle to stop;
- understands that even a slight increase or decrease in vehicle speed significantly affects the driver's ability to stop the vehicle;
- understands that the braking distance on slippery roads is much longer than on dry asphalt;
- understands that depending on weather conditions and road surface, the length of the braking distance varies;
- is motivated to drive at a speed appropriate to the conditions and maintain the correct following and lateral distances.
