1. General Provisions

  1. The adult continuing education institution founded by Igor Ivanovski's Driving School BRAVO (hereinafter referred to as the Educator) bases its organization of continuing education on the current legal acts of adult education and other relevant legal acts and documents.
  2. The Educator organizes continuing education courses aimed at adults.
  3. Classes usually take place in spaces suitable for educational activities, rented on a monthly basis at Estonia pst. 30a, Ahtme district, Kohtla-Järve, and other suitable spaces rented on an hourly basis.
  4. Education is provided in the form of courses throughout the year. The courses are scheduled according to the training calendar. The volume of the course is calculated in academic hours, where one academic hour equals 45 minutes.
  5. The Educator reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule and locations. Participants registered for courses will be notified of any changes via email or phone.
  6. Courses are predominantly conducted in group settings. For individual learning, the course is conducted based on an individual learning plan tailored to the learner's needs.
  7. The language of instruction is Russian.
  8. Education takes place on weekdays in the form of daytime classes. Depending on the needs of the clients, courses can also be organized in the evenings and on weekends.
  9. Each course is based on a curriculum that defines:
    • The name of the curriculum;
    • The curriculum group;
    • Learning outcomes;
    • Conditions for starting the studies, if they are a prerequisite for achieving the learning outcomes;
    • The total volume of the course, including the proportions of lecture-based, practical, and independent work;
    • The content of the course;
    • Description of the learning environment; List of learning materials, if specific materials are required for completing the curriculum;
    • Completion requirements and documents issued;
    • Description of the qualifications, education, or work experience required of the educator to conduct the course.
  10. The Educator confirms the curricula and any changes to them.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

  1. The Educator collects the following data about learners: participant's name, participant's email, participant's telephone number, and participant's personal code. The personal code is used to identify the participant who has completed the course on the certificate or document issued at the end of the course. Personal data is processed in accordance with the personal data protection act (§ 6).

3. Course Registration and Group Formation

  1. Course Registration
    1. Pre-registration is required for all courses. The registration form available on the Educator's website can be used for registration.
    2. The information required for registration includes the learner's name, telephone number, participant's email address, and personal code. A registration confirmation will be sent to the learner's email address after registration.
    3. Learners have the right to obtain additional information from the Educator's contact person, whose contact details can be found on the Educator's website.
  2. Group Formation
    1. The course group is formed based on the order of registration for the course.
    2. The Educator compiles a list of learners participating in the course and confirms it.
    3. If the course group does not fill up, the Educator has the right to cancel or postpone the course. Registered participants will be notified by phone or email at least two (2) days in advance.

4. Starting the Course and Participation

  1. Learners who have been included in the course group by the Educator and have paid the course fee can start learning on the course.
  2. Payment of the invoice confirms the participant's attendance in the course.

5. Course Completion and Withdrawal

  1. The conditions for completing the course are set out in the curriculum of each course. A certificate is issued to the learner who has achieved the learning outcomes and passed the assessment (exam/test/interview). A document is issued to the participant who does not take part in the assessment or does not pass the assessment. The document is also issued if the course does not end with an assessment or if the learner withdraws from the course. The document for a learner who withdraws from the course will only list the topics in which the learner participated.
  2. Certificates and documents are signed by the representative of the educational institution. The names of the educators are also listed on the certificates and documents.
  3. A learner is withdrawn from the educational institution based on their request, non-payment of the invoice issued, or violation of contract terms. A learner is also withdrawn from the educational institution after the end of the course and the issuance of a certificate or document.

6. Payment for the Course

  1. Payment for the course is made based on the invoice before the start of the course. The invoice is sent by email. The invoice must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.
  2. If the payment deadline is exceeded and/or despite reminders from the Educator, the unpaid invoice is forwarded to a collection agency for further processing.
  3. It is possible to pay for the course in installments, for which a separate agreement is made with the payer.
  4. There is no exemption from payment for education at the educational institution.

7. Withdrawing from the Course and Refund of Tuition Fee

  1. If a registered participant is unable to participate in the course, they must notify the Educator's contact person via email (akbravo01@gmail.com).
  2. If a registered participant notifies of withdrawal from the course up to 7 days before the start of the course, 100% of the paid tuition fee is refunded.
  3. If a registered participant notifies of withdrawal from the course 3-6 days before the course, 75% of the paid tuition fee is refunded, provided the tuition fee has been fully paid.
  4. If a registered participant notifies of withdrawal from the course less than 48 hours before the start of the course or does not notify at all, the tuition fee is not refunded.
  5. If the course is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Educator, 100% of the tuition fee is refunded to the registered participant.
  6. The paid tuition fee can be transferred to another course.

8. Interrupting the Course

  1. If the course is interrupted, the tuition fee is not refunded. If there is a valid reason for interruption (illness, business trip, etc.), the learner can join the next course group.

9. Learner's Rights and Obligations

  1. The learner has the right to:
    1. Demand quality education;
    2. Receive information about the organization of education and the curriculum;
    3. Demand a refund of the tuition fee for courses cancelled by the Educator;
    4. Receive a certificate or document confirming participation in the course at the end of the course.
  2. The learner is obliged to:
    1. Act in emergency situations (fire, water damage, bomb threat, etc.) according to the instructions of the educational institution's staff;
    2. Care for the learning materials and other property of the Educator entrusted to them;
    3. Behave in accordance with generally accepted moral standards.

10. Dispute Resolution Procedure

  1. Any disagreements between the Educator and the learner are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to resolve the disagreements through negotiations, they are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
