Section 2. Warning Signs Article 4.
General Provisions
(1) Warning signs inform drivers about the nature of the impending danger. Depending on the nature of the danger, the driver must adjust the speed of their vehicle to suit the situation.
(2) Warning signs, except for signs 121 "Single-track railway" and 122 "Multi-track railway", are installed based on the maximum allowed speed of vehicles or the actual speed of vehicles, visibility, and circumstances at the location before the dangerous place or the beginning of the dangerous road section.
(3) Warning signs may be absent on a dangerous road section or in a danger zone with a maximum allowed speed of 30 km/h or less.
(4) To improve visibility, warning signs at road works may have a yellow background. Article 5. Warning Signs and Their Meanings The following warning signs and their meanings are established:

Sign 111 "Railroad crossing with barrier" warns of an approaching railroad crossing with a barrier;
Sign 112 "Railroad crossing without barrier" warns of an approaching railroad crossing without a barrier;
Sign 121 "Single-track railway" warns of an unbarriered crossing over a single-track railway;
Sign 122 "Multi-track railway" warns of an unbarriered crossing over a railway with two or more tracks;
Signs 123–128 "Approaching a railway crossing" - additional warning of approaching a railway crossing. The number of diagonal stripes on the sign decreases as one approaches the railway tracks. The stripes are inclined towards the driving lane;
Sign 131 "Intersection with tram tracks" warns of a road intersection with tram tracks;
Sign 132 "Intersection of equal roads" warns of an intersection where the driver must give way to the vehicle approaching or located to the right. The sign, installed before the intersection of a paved road with a gravel or dirt road, as well as before the intersection of gravel and dirt roads, turns them into intersections of equal roads;
Sign 133a "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of an intersection of a secondary road with a main road;
Sign 133b "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of an intersection of a secondary road with a main road;
Sign 133c "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of an intersection of a secondary road with a main road;
Sign 134a "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of a secondary road joining a main road;
Sign 134b "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of a secondary road joining a main road;
Sign 134c "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of a secondary road joining a main road;
Sign 135a "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of a secondary road joining a main road;
Sign 135b "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of a secondary road joining a main road;
Sign 135c "Intersection with a secondary road" warns of a secondary road joining a main road;
Sign 136 "Intersection with roundabout" warns of an intersection with a roundabout, indicated by the sign 424 "Roundabout", where movement is only allowed in the direction indicated by arrows;
Sign 137 "Traffic light control" warns of a traffic light controlled intersection, road section, or pedestrian crossing;
Sign 138 "Exit to embankment" warns of a steep embankment, quay, exit to a dam, embankment, or steep drop;
Sign 141 "Dangerous right turn" warns of approaching a sharp turn or turn with limited visibility to the right;
Sign 142 "Dangerous left turn" warns of approaching a sharp turn or turn with limited visibility to the left;
Sign 143 "Dangerous turns" warns of approaching a road section with dangerous turns. The direction of the first turn is indicated on the sign;
Sign 144 "Dangerous turns" warns of approaching a road section with dangerous turns. The direction of the first turn is indicated on the sign;
Sign 145 "Steep descent" warns of approaching a road section with a steep descent;
Sign 146 "Steep ascent" warns of approaching a road section with a steep ascent;
Sign 151 "Slippery road" warns of approaching a slippery road section;
Sign 151m "Slippery road" warns of approaching a slippery road section;
Sign 152 "Uneven road" warns of road unevenness. The sign warns of approaching a road section with successive unevenness on the roadway (e.g., potholes, waviness);
Sign 153 "Uneven road" warns about a single pothole;
Sign 154 "Uneven road" warns of a single elevation, not being an artificial unevenness;
Sign 155 "Loose gravel" warns of approaching a road section with a surface where loose gravel can be thrown up by the wheels, creating a hazard for road users and vehicles;
Sign 156 "Ruts" warns of approaching a road section where ruts have formed in the road surface;
Sign 157a "Dangerous shoulders" warns of approaching a road section where veering onto the shoulder is dangerous;
Sign 157b "Dangerous shoulders" warns of approaching a road section where veering onto the shoulder is dangerous;
Sign 158 "Roadworks" warns of roadworks being carried out on, near, under, or above the road. In addition to people engaged in roadworks, vehicles related to the roadworks and other obstacles, unevenness on the roadway, exposed stones, etc., may be present on the road;
Sign 159 "Ahead is a road without hard surface" warns of the transition from a hard-surfaced road to a gravel or dirt road;
Sign 161 "Narrowing road" warns of a narrowing of the road or carriageway. The image on the sign shows the narrowing of the road or carriageway from both sides;
Sign 162 "Narrowing road" warns of a narrowing of the road or carriageway. The image on the sign shows the narrowing of the road or carriageway from one side;
Sign 163 "Narrowing road" warns of a narrowing of the road or carriageway. The image on the sign shows the narrowing of the road or carriageway from one side;
Sign 164 "Two-way traffic" warns of approaching a section of road with two-way traffic;
Sign 165 "Intersection with two-way traffic" warns of approaching an intersection with a road or carriageway where one-way traffic becomes two-way;
Sign 166 "Speed bump" warns of an artificial unevenness intended to ensure speed reduction;
Sign 171 "Unregulated pedestrian crossing" warns of an unregulated pedestrian crossing ahead;
Sign 172 "Pedestrians" warns of approaching a road section where pedestrians frequently cross the road outside pedestrian crossings or when pedestrians move on or along the roadway;
Sign 173a "Children" warns of approaching a road section where children are likely to appear on the road frequently;
Sign 173b "Elderly" warns of approaching a road section where elderly people move across the roadway;
Sign 174 "Intersection with a bicycle path" warns of a road intersection with a bicycle path or a combined bicycle-pedestrian path, or a place where cyclists, moped and mini-moped drivers, at the end of a bicycle path, and cyclists at the end of a combined bicycle-pedestrian path, enter the roadway;
Sign 175 "Skiers" warns of crossing a road with a ski track or the possible appearance of skiers or sledders on the road;
Sign 176 "Equestrian" warns of approaching a road section where horse riders cross the road or move along the roadway;
Sign 177a "Cattle crossing" warns of a place where livestock is herded across the road;
Sign 177b "Cattle crossing" warns of a place where livestock is herded across the road;
Sign 177c "Cattle crossing" warns of a place where livestock is herded across the road;
Sign 178a "Wild animals" warns of the possible appearance of wild animals on the road. The sign may feature the image of a wild animal typical for that area;
Sign 178b "Birds" warns of the possible appearance of birds on the road;
Sign 178c "Animals, birds, or amphibians" warns of the possible appearance on the road of birds, animals, or reptiles;
Sign 181 "Risk of falling rocks" warns of approaching a road section where there is a danger of falling rocks;
Sign 182 "Side winds" warns of approaching a road section where strong side winds are possible;
Sign 183 "Low-flying aircraft" warns of approaching a road section over which airplanes fly at a low altitude;
Sign 184 "Traffic congestion" warns of an upcoming road section or transport junction where congestion may occur;
Sign 184m "Traffic congestion" warns of an upcoming road section or transport junction where congestion may occur;
Sign 185 "Risk of icing" warns of approaching a road section where icing frequently occurs;
Sign 186 "Other dangers" warns of a road section or location that presents a hazard to road traffic. The nature of the danger is indicated on a supplementary plate;
Sign 187 "Road traffic accident" warns of approaching a road section where a traffic accident has just occurred, and therefore movement is hindered.
