Upon successful completion of all requirements specified in the curriculum, a Certificate of Course Completion is issued to the student.
The Certificate includes the following information:
- Name and personal code of the person who completed the training;
- Name and registration code of the educational institution that conducted the training;
- Time of training;
- Date of certificate issuance;
- Certificate number;
- Number and date of the exam protocol.
If a student has not met the requirements of the curriculum or has only partially met them, a Certificate of Participation in the training course is issued. The student is given an opportunity to meet the program requirements within a year (after a year, the course must be paid for again).
The Certificate of Participation includes the following information:
- Name and personal code of the participant;
- Name and registration code of the educational institution that conducted the training;
- Name of the curriculum;
- Time and volume of the training;
- Place and date of the Certificate of Participation issuance;
- Certificate of Participation number;
- Names of the instructors.
The Certificate of Participation or its annex specifies the learning outcomes achieved and the methods for assessing the achievement of learning outcomes (e.g., exam, test, or practical work). The certificate or statement is signed by the director of the driving school in the prescribed manner.
